Ben Korman is a leader in the building materials and architectural design fields with an emphasis on climate smart solutions. Ben has over 20 years of extensive prior experience in large-scale project design and management, team building, and marketing and sales. Ben’s project management experience spans decades over many types of projects – from architecture to farming to manufacturing to technical innovation to marketing and sales. His work involves long-term collaborations with multiple partners from academia, business, and the manufacturing industry.  Ben invented Stak Block technology and founded several successful companies such as Oryzatech, now reorganized under his direction as Stak Block LLC. Ben also built the technical, marketing, and sales force of his company, Ranch Wifi, by recruiting, developing, and managing an expert team. Ben has established and maintained extremely strong relationships in the straw bale building and climate-smart commodity community. He farmed a 200 acre rice farm from 2002-2004 and has been farming, marketing, and selling organic avocados grown on his home ranch since 2000.
